Yoga Classes
Dr. Pradeep teaches the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga. He inspires people to sustain a result-oriented routine that is simple to perform, yet profound in its results. The techniques incorporate ways to fine tune the body, breath and mind, and achieve individual goals.
Combining improvised methods of several Himalayan Masters and eclectic styles of Body Work, Pradeep encourages individuals to apply yoga effectively to overcome physical limitations. The aim is to derive high levels of fitness and immense power which are pre-requisites for transformation. Joyful living is our strongest desire, and yoga is a proven pathway to achieve it. Illuminations has a team of in-house therapists conducting sessions all throughout the day from 9am – 9pm. By appointment only.
Weekly Activities

Charity Clinic
A non-profit initiative that provides an opportunity for individuals to gain knowledge and experience of the holistic approach to life without any financial obligations. We have a team of qualified therapists available for free, one-to-one consultations and sessions on the following modalities:
- Reiki
- Pranic Healing
- Hypnotherapy
- EFT (emotional freedom technique)

Interactive Sessions
An opportunity for like-minded individuals to get together and discuss concepts on a variety of different topics, involving current issues (e.g. terrorism, financial crisis) and any such experiences applicable to everyday life from a spiritual, metaphysical perspective.
Our aim is to create a platform for change which leads to transformation for a better quality of life.
Free Awareness Talks
Empowerment talks for individuals to understand the concepts, theories involving a holistic/spiritual approach to life.. This will be conducted by our in-house therapists and associates.
Example Topics Include:

- Meditation in Modern Life

Meditation Sessions
Meditation is a practice involving going beyond the conditioned logical mind into a heightened state of deep relaxation and awareness. Daily practice of meditation gives an individual life-transforming benefits, by shifting your perspective and creating positive change in every area of life. We teach a variety of tools and techniques to achieve this process of getting in touch with your inner sacred space.
