Our physical body is the least subtle part of our existence, but it is just as important to ensure that it remains healthy and natural. When stress has manifested itself in the physical body, it is safe to assume that there is stress in the energy, emotional and thought bodies also. The physical body is also the first place in our physical reality which displays signs of stress in our system. However, it is vital to heal on all levels of existence, as outlined below.
The Approach
Hatha Yoga attains the union of mind-body-spirit through a practice of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing), mudra (body gestures) and shatkarma (internal cleansing). These body-centred practices are used to purify the body and cultivate prana and activate kundalini, the subtle energies of the body. Daily practice of yoga has the power to synergize the conscious intellect with the subconscious intuition for synchronicity and harmony in ever day life. Massage Therapy : Massage is one of the oldest healing arts; it involves application of soft-tissue manipulation to the body to reduce stress and fatigue, and improve circulation. By physically activating pressure points in the body, massage is able to restore balance to the energy body, and consequently to the subtler bodies.
Dr. Pradeep offers the following therapies with the intention of going beyond just a regular feel-good session:
